While signing up for an event, a volunteer is required to provide their info. After providing the necessary details they will be asked if they are bringing any other people with them. Then you can add a group of volunteers by inviting them individually.
We do not have a feature to delete the shift from an application yet. If you can message technical support about which shift you would like to delete, they will carry it out accordingly.
The banner image of your organization should be 1272 X 250 dimensions.
On the dashboard of your organization you will be able to see ‘Organization Info’ labelled at the top. Clicking on that will navigate you towards the organization info dashboard. Under the ‘Organization’ tab you will be able to edit the details of your organization like its name, logo, banner and description.
